Sonnedix global speak up reporting channels

Sonnedix is committed to the highest ethical standards. We encourage anyone who works with or is affected by our activities—including our stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, EPC & O&M contractors, shareholders and communities—to report suspected misconduct or any integrity concerns.

You do not need to be employed by Sonnedix or have proof of wrongdoing to make a genuine inquiry, and voice a concern. Reports may be submitted directly to Sonnedix staff or anonymously through our independent externally supported Speak Up service.

Raise an integrity concern

If you observe or suspect conduct connected with Sonnedix that may be unlawful, unethical or inconsistent with our standards, we encourage you to Speak Up. Concerns may include issues such as suspected fraud or financial wrongdoing, bribery or conflicts of interest, harassment or discrimination, human rights concerns, data privacy or information security issues, misuse of company assets, unfair business practices, or misconduct involving a business partner or external party.

If you observe or suspect misconduct, you are encouraged to Speak Up.

Reporting a concern enables Sonnedix to review the matter and take appropriate action.

Reports or raising an inquiry can be made online (Use the Sonnedix company access ID: SX) or by telephone through Ethico's independent Speak Up service, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Next Steps After Reporting

At the end of your report, you will be given a report number so that you can follow the progress of your report online or by telephone. Record the report number and password and keep them in a safe place.

Ethico forwards the report through the Ethico secure portal to the Head of Ethics & Compliance.

All reports are subject to appropriate investigation and are brought to full closure.

Sonnedix treats all reports/inquiries seriously and seeks to protect confidentiality. Sonnedix does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to the Ethics & Compliance team.
