London, UK – Carlos Guinand, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Sonnedix, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin McCullough as Non-Executive Director to the Sonnedix Board.
Kevin brings with him over four decades of international experience across the energy and utilities sector, alongside deep expertise in asset management, engineering, construction, operations, health and safety, and private equity.
With extensive experience managing major infrastructure projects, Kevin emphasizes continuous improvement in global construction and operational practices, bringing this expertise and a passion for renewable energy to his role at Sonnedix.
Kevin has held several senior leadership positions in the United Kingdom, including interim Chief Executive Officer at Ventient Energy (now known as Nadara following its merger with sister company Renantis), Calon Energy and UK Coal. He was also Chief Operating Officer at RWE npower, where he was responsible for approximately 20 per cent of the UK’s generating assets and a six million customer base. Kevin has also held senior roles in the United States, including with Innogy America LLC and American National Power.
Kevin is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and the Energy Institute and currently serves as the Board Chair of BFY Carbon Strategies.
