As part of our EDI activities, the Sonnedix team in Miami participated in a charity activity for the non-profit organization "Dress for Success". An organization whose mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and development tools to help them thrive in their careers and in life.
Through their dedicated services and programs, “Dress for Success” Miami addresses every phase of a woman’s career—from being unemployed and searching, to recently employed and adjusting, to gainfully employed and succeeding. Their programs transition women toward self-sufficiency by addressing their social and economic needs in relation to work, home, and community.
Our One Team in Miami decided to participate through the donation of women's clothes and accessories, that are suitable for work (professional attire).
It is through activities like this that we show how we live up to our values, as an organization and as individuals. This year we've put a lot of thought into our approach to diversity and inclusion, and we see changes and efforts towards becoming a better social citizen and a better place to work for all our team members.
