Town of Romilly awarded champion title in solar competition

The ENR League is a competition between municipalities based on renewable energies. In the 2011 edition, 1200 European cities competed, representing 14 million people. Different categories were open to completion, including biomass and solar power. In the solar PV categories, the municipality of Portes de Romilly, where Sonnedix own and operates its 7.5MW Romilly solar plant, was awarded the Champion title, for municipalities between 5000-20000 inhabitants.
