MILAN, Italy – Sonnedix, the global solar independent power producer (IPP) has completed the acquisition of a 11.4MW solar PV portfolio in Italy, from the Swiss company ZHC Holding AG.
The portfolio consists of 10 ground-mounted solar photovoltaic plants in operations since 2010/2012. The plants are located in the Tuscany and Apulia regions of Italy, and they all benefit from the Italian Conto Energia FiT regime.
