Miami, USA – Carlos Guinand, Executive Chairman of Sonnedix, is delighted to announce the appointment of Marko Josipovic to the Sonnedix Board.

As an experienced non-executive director, Marko brings to the board extensive knowledge in the investment and asset management industries, including airports, thermal power generation and water and wastewater, from his role as an Investment Principal in the Infrastructure Investments Group at J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Asset Management in 2016, Marko spent three years in the infrastructure investment team at IFM Investors in Melbourne, Australia. In that role, he was responsible for transaction execution and asset management across a range of sectors, primarily focusing on transportation and utilities. He began his career at National Australia Bank in the bank’s infrastructure project finance team in Sydney.
