Pablo Pulido, one of Sonnedix’s co-founders, currently serves as Executive Vice President, Global Head of Business Development and as is also a member of its Board of Directors. He oversees the company’s origination of new projects that are under development or under construction, as well as the conversion of acquired projects, to a fully consented, ready-to-build stage, which entails negotiating and follow through with developers, brokers, relevant permitting bodies and land owners. His team ensures successful delivery of projects from initiation to financial close, and supports them until they reach commercial operation.
Upon co-founding Sonnedix, Pablo was involved in setting the company’s strategy with his partners, including defining a business plan and assembling the financial capital to start the company. As growth played out, his management responsibilities within the company have increased, and he’s been influential in implementing solutions in challenging jurisdictions across Sonnedix’s global footprint. Today, Pablo is focused on strengthening the Business Development team launched at the beginning of 2016.
Pablo has over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship and the business and investment banking sectors and 8+ years in the renewable power industry. He holds a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Cornell University in the US. In his free time, he enjoys polo, skiing and squash and serves on the board of several social, educational and cultural non-for-profit foundations and businesses in Venezuela.
The best thing about working at Sonnedix for Pablo is that it’s a dynamic company with top quality teams across the world whose people are motivated to get things done right. He’s also proud that Sonnedix has fulfilled the business plans that he and his co-founders set, and that the company’s foundation is built for solid growth.
